It never ceases to amaze me how funny Addison can be without even knowing that she is doing something funny. Lately she has been equally funny and sassy. To paint a clearer picture of what I am talking about here are a few examples: I was on the phone with Gram the other day and Addison came up to me and poked my leg and put her hands up and said what about Addi? The other night I was reading to her and then told her to pick one more book before bed and she grabbed my hand and put two of my fingers up and said "Two books mommy?" Whenever I ask her to do something and she doesn't want to, she will put her finger above her lip and say "ummmmmmmmmm No thank you." (It started with UMMMMMMMMM NOOOOOO but I made her at least add the thank you to it) It also works the other way "Mommy Addi Tandy" (Candy)? Me: "No not before dinner" Addison: "Ummmmmmm Yes" She thinks as long as she is polite about it and ponders over it for a minute I will let her do whatever her little heart desires. It has been a perfect combination of laughter and frustration with her lately, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!
