On Monday,after a visit with Leslie and the kids, Chad and I took Addison to Springfield for lunch and a long trip to Toys R Us where she could pick out her own birthday presents. We ended up with the newest member of our family "Peep Peep", a pink keyboard, some books, and a new DVD. It was our goal to let her lead the way and to take the time to let her explore the store rather than a quick trip to pick something up. She carried Peep Peep from the beginning of the store until the end, and she had tons of fun playing with the 200.00 Yamaha piano--every time she stopped playing it she would turn around and put her hands up like "TA DA." There were a couple points where I felt like we were in the movie "BIG". A PERFECT DAY!
