Addison's "Princess" Tree

Addison has been on the go lately and she is doing and saying things that "big kids" do. She wants to help all around the house--clean counters, pile laundry in the laundry room, and help cook or bake anything she can get her hands on. I bought her a little purple Christmas tree for her room and I also bought little silver ornaments to go on it. After getting the tree out of the box and placing it in her room, she helped unfold the branches and said "I know it needs a star for the top!" She grabbed her magic wand and placed it on the top of the tree then continued to add items such as a crown, a princess, a frog, a pink boa, and necklaces. It looked so darn cute that I returned the silver ornaments and left it be!
