Emmy update

I took Emmy back to the doctor this afternoon, and all the worrying that I did about her not gaining weight was definitely a waste of time. My pretty little girl is weighing in at 9 lbs and 3 oz. What?????? When the doctor came in to talk to me about Emmy, she said "Well how much is she eating?" and I said "About 4 oz every 2.5-3 hours" and she said "Oh my! You could probably give her 4.5 oz at a feeding, but she should be able to last about 3 hrs during the day and 4 hours at night!" I was thinking well you made me feed her every 1.5 hours the first few weeks of life and by golly she's a snacker like her mama! She just kept saying how strong she was and how well she is doing and it was nice to hear!
