Happy Birthday Miller Park Zoo

We wanted to go somewhere this weekend, but haven't really had the time to plan ahead so we decided to take a trip to Bloomington Saturday and we are so glad we did. The zoo was celebrating its 120th birthday so in addition to the animals, the "awesome" playground and the sprinkler park, they had cake, face painting, and games for the children. We ended our trip with shopping and dinner and then when we got back to town we had baskin robbins and a little outdoor time. Before bed last night, Addison said "Mom if you just read to me before bed this will be the best day ever."
