Addison packed her own toy bag and just like mommy she knows if you sit on it, you can cram more in!

She was waiting by the door after daddy got off work because she knew that Jack and Riley were coming soon so she kept saying ready ready ready!

Hanging out at the hotel!

We walked miles in the doll store she wanted to check out every square inch and she walked around like she owned the place. We had a great time!

Riley had a blast at the American Girl store, she did however seem a little overwhelmed with all the choices since she got to pick out most of her birthday goodies there! I told Heather that it would be like setting us free in a huge scrapbook store and saying OK, pick five things that you want. She was really happy with her choices and Jackson was so patient throughout the entire store. Actually, Jackson, Galen, Dave, and Chad were all very patient in the doll store.

Good old Nan didn't want Addison to feel left out, so she let her pick a bitty baby and an outfit to match. Thanks again! Addison loves putting the shoes on the baby and taking them off. I think she loved Riley's baby just as much and they had a fun time playing babies in the hotel room the next day!

Jackson had a great time in LEGOland he kept saying look at that! Aunt Erin did you see the spider? did you see that big dinosaur? Come over here look at this! He was pretty excited about filling a brick bucket with all different sorts of lego shapes and colors and he had fun playing with the LEGOS in the middle of the store too. He got some kits to build different things and I think he had a good time!

As soon as we left LEGOland, Jackson and Riley were saying that they wanted to go back to the hotel even before we grabbed lunch, and we all knew why! They were very excited about the pool at the hotel. When Addison saw her cousins and Nan in the pool, she wanted in so I took off her clothes and much to my surprise she got right in with Nan. She wanted to kick and float and be close to the water.

PJ's and Dunkin Donuts! Life is good!

I thought these were great pictures while waiting outside Shedd Aquarium on Monday!

The aquarium was packed on Monday since kids were out of school. We waited in line for a while and once we got in we got to see some pretty cool things! Addison's favorite was the Amish man in the elevator with us on the way down to the shark exhibit. She was staring at his hat and long beard and I think Galen told her to say hello, so she said "hi" and he said "How are you?" and she just kinda shook her head yes and then he said where are you from and without hesitation she says "MAMA!" We all had a good chuckle over it!
Thanks for planning and inviting us on the birthday weekend, we all had a fun time!

What a time!! I just love watching the cousins together. We are truly blessed that all of us are fairly close and can make memories together.
I'm sure Addie loved having Gracie this weekend. I hope they all stay close as they GROW!
