Addison and I spent the afternoon in Wapella with Nan, Pop, Heather, Jack, and Riley for an annual Halloween party hosted by a friend of Lyn and Galen's. Chad couldn't join us, he had to work =( !!! It was held at a deer farm where they also had cows, guineas, and turkeys. This get together had it all--great food, a bounce house, a trampoline, a swingset, a farm to run around, and several other activities going on (costume contest, pinata, and pumpkin carving). I took tons of pics but as always narrowed it down to some favorites and they are as follows:

Addison dressed up in her Cinder"BELLA" costume for the first time.

Riley the scarey bat, and Jack the "Jack" O Lantern--he is even missing the top two front teeth which makes his costume authentic.

Most of the kids at the party!

Nan and Pop carving away!

Addison was not happy when the cow licked her hand as she tried to pet it!

"Who is having a good time at the party?"

The scrapbooker/blogger in me had to take a picture of the adorable cookies before they were all eaten up!

This is the Turkey that Riley thought Poppy should get for our Thanksgiving dinner this year and Jack said "Yeah after we take off all the feathers--you can't eat those they have too many germs on them."

This is how close you could get to see the deer and Heather even had one come over to her and lick her hand.

All of the pumpkins that were carved!

What a day! It's wonderful to spend a fall day outside (even in the chilly wind) with the ones you love.
