And Breathe...

So this is how our night went last night:

Cable box stops working--cable guy to come in morning between 7:30 and 10
Addison fed, bathed, dressed, read to, and tucked into bed
Emmy bathed, fed, and tucked into bed
Me actually laying in bed comfortably about to dose off while watching television when I hear my cell phone ring (about 9:30) so I contemplated do I get up and get it or do I say forget it and wait til morning since sleep is such a treat right now. My brain starts thinking who would call and what could it be so I get up only to hear: Hello this is George _______ from ___________ Realty and we want to show your house tomorrow morning about 10:30 please call me back if this is a problem at __________. This phone message is followed by an hour of Chad and I rushing around the house cleaning as fast and as quietly as possible. I decide then to lay down for a much needed rest and get about three hours in before Emmy wakes to feed. Emmy falls back to sleep for about an hour and then wants to try to eat again but is too sleepy to stay awake. Right when I fall asleep again, I hear Addison calling for me because she has to go potty and she doesn't want to go alone. So I get up and take her potty and tuck her back in and go to lay back down when Emmy decided that she is awake enough to eat. At this point I need to feed her, get up and shower, and start the rest of the cleaning for the day. I had the cable guy coming anywhere from 7:30 on, Galen coming between 8-8:30 to take Addison to school, and my dad who I recruited after the phone message to come over and help with the baby and the cable guy so that I could clean before the showing. I don't think I could have done it this morning without my Dad's help! Thanks DAD! Now that the house is clean, and everything is done, hopefully tonight can be a little more relaxing.

Erin,

You are more then welcome. Eating blueberries for breakfast with Addie, and then having to hold Emmy for all of that time is hard work, but I can "sacrifice" for my children :)

Hope you caught a nap during the day.

Love Dad

You poor thing! Those nights are the worst. I hope that you get good news from the showing, that would at least make it worth it!
Take care and I hope all have sweet dreams tonight.
